Started the process of a new house build with Casco in early 2022. From day one they were nothing short of excellent. Communication was clear and frequent, questions were answered quickly. What I appreciated most about the company was the honesty. If a mistake was made, they said a mistake was made and they fixed it. It has now been three months since we closed on our residence. Have we found errors or things that weren't 100%, of course we have and we expected that. Casco has been VERY responsive in fixing any errors that have been found and flexible with our schedule. If you are looking for your perfect home with a perfect build, you aren't going to get it. If you are looking for a company that will be an honest broker, conduct quality work and fix any issues that may arise, go to Casco!!!!!! Their entire staff is incredible!

Casco recently completed a very large garage addition for us. Mike and his team we amazing every step of the way. It was not an easy project. Bekah, Seth and Alex were thorough and followed up every step of the way. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Casco to anyone who is needing quality construction, complete transparency and no excuses. CASCO performed a difficult commercial remodel for us, an old ratted our retail building into a handsome church. Working under difficult circumstances such as Covid, supply chain delays, and subtractor delays, they kept us informed and provided alternative solutions along the way. Mike Casimiro and the CASCO team completed an amazing upgrade to our home this summer and we highly recommend them for any home renovation project. Our new sunroom, deck, and gated front patio are fantastic and have pleasantly improved our quality of life. We cannot say enough about the professionalism, expert quality of work, and attention to detail demonstrated by the CASCO construction crew. The project consisted of enclosing an existing covered porch as a sunroom, adding a new deck to the enclosed sunroom, and creating a walled patio with a stamped concrete surface and custom gate in front of our house. The results exceed our expectations, and we are incredibly pleased with our new spaces. Many thanks to Mike, Alex, Tim, Seth, Cole, Johnathan, and the many skilled vendors who added their expertise. Before swinging the first hammer, Mike and the team took the time up front to understand exactly what we were after and we went back and forth through the details until we had a common vision of exactly how it would be. As the project was underway, we continuously assessed the progress together and adjusted the details to make it perfect. For example, one Saturday before ordering the large picture windows, Alex and Seth spent part of the day with us putting up and adjusting prototype window frames to show us the proposed window height and get it exactly right to maximize the view while preserving privacy. This was a critical aspect of the project to us and they took it to heart and made it right. The windows turned out perfect. The sunroom is now a snug, quiet, comfortable refuge that looks across the front range with French doors that open to a cozy deck - just what we wanted. The new front patio with the stamped concrete base, new stucco walls, and striking custom steel gate is a welcome addition and a fun area to hang out with family and friends around the firepit. It has been great working with Mike and his team. Mike offered options along with good explanations and pro's/con's of those options. We were unable to make well educated decisions on our build and the results were exactly what we wanted. We've received many compliments from our Customers and Suppliers on the design and build quality of our office. Best of all, after we've moved in, we have had only minor issues with the building or quality of craftsmanship.

Mike Simpson was our project manager for our basement remodel. He and his team were very professional and finished the project by the date we requested to have it completed. Very punctual with the timeline, outstanding communication and always followed through with what needed to be done. Bekah was outstanding in helping us choose the interior elements with the bar area, bathroom and living space. She reached out to ask what style we preferred, listened to what we wanted and presented us with samples to choose from. Top notch team and we highly recommend!

My company, Crave Technical hired Casco construction as the general contractor for our new facility at 5770 E Woodmen Road. Casco did a fantastic job from start-to-finish on both the core and shell building construction as well as our tenant finish. The construction occurred during 2021 and 2022 when supply-chain shortages were causing massive disruptions to the construction industry. This certainly effected our project, but Casco was able to masterfully navigate the issues to source materials and hold their original budget. When materials were delayed beyond their control, Casco was always out front communicating the problem and possible workarounds. All of the Casco employees I interacted with were professional and courteous, including the sub-contractors they hired. We've been in our new facility 5 months at the time of this post and Casco has also shown excellent support with any minor issues that have arisen. I would highly recommend Casco for any construction project and we are looking forward to working with them again.
